Dr. Jonathan Graf

CEO and Founder

Jon is the Founder and CEO of Graf Research, where he leads the development of cutting-edge technologies that enhance security and performance in embedded and adaptive computing systems. With a PhD in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech, Jon has a deep expertise in FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) design and security. At Graf Research, his team focuses on innovations like the Enverite EDA suite, which verifies FPGA bitstreams and secures FPGA build flows. Prior to founding Graf Research, he served as Director of Technology of the Secure Computing and Communications Division of MacAulay Brown, where he directed projects focused on microelectronics trust and security as well as the reverse engineering of electronic systems. Previously, at Luna Innovations, Jon spearheaded research in FPGA and ASIC anti-tamper technologies, serving as Principal Investigator for dozens of projects focused on hardware integrity, anti-obsolescence, and high-reliability verification for critical applications.

Dr. Scott Harper

CTO

Scott has a long history of defining and implementing unique solutions to challenging problems.  With over 30 years of FPGA R&D experience, he has lead results-focused teams creating novel FPGA-based communication systems, high-performance data processing solutions, and netlist analysis tools for critical applications.  He holds PhD and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a BSEE degree from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville.
